Release Notes: Payments Insights – Broker Dashboard Updates

Overview

The Broker Payments Dashboard has been updated with a refreshed layout and powerful new reports that provide visibility into the operational and financial impact of using Triumph Payments. These insights help brokers quantify savings, track adoption, and improve decision-making.


Background

Payments drives significant cost savings, but it also drives revenue through QuickPay adoption. Customer Success Managers have manually surfaced metrics highlighting the impact during QBRs, but customers can now see it first hand within the Payments interface. The new dashboard automates and centralizes these insights, making them accessible in real time.


Key Features

Dashboard Layout Updates

  • Reports & Help moved to the far right for quick reference.
  • My Carriers relocated for cleaner navigation.
  • Invoice Status links shifted to the left for faster triage.
  • Credit Utilization now appears in the central reports area.

New Reports Available

QuickPay Adoption:

  • Tracks adoption across your carrier network
  • Includes benchmark comparisons by sales tier
  • Displays trendlines and average adoption rates

Bank Fees Saved:

  • Calculates savings from no longer having to issues ACH, Wire, LoadPay, and Check usage 
  • Uses industry-standard cost estimates per payment type

Processing Time Saved (FTE Hours):

  • Measures time saved from NOA/LOR processing and bank account validation
  • Based on average handling times (2 min for NOA/LOR, 15 min for bank validation)

Misdirected Payments Avoided:

  • Shows volume of payments protected from misdirection
  • Includes rejected bank accounts and mismatched factor holds

Credit Utilization (Refreshed):

  • Displays how much of Triumph-extended credit is being used
  • Helps ensure uninterrupted QuickPay payments


User Experience

Broker Users:

  • Gain real-time visibility into savings and adoption metrics directly from the dashboard.

Leadership & Admins:

  • Use insights to guide strategic decisions, improve operational efficiency, and support QBR discussions.


Getting Started

This feature is automatically available to all Broker Payments users. No setup is required. To explore the new dashboard:

  1. Log into your Broker Payments account
  2. Navigate to the dashboard to view updated layout and reports
  3. Use the insights to inform QBRs, operational reviews, and strategic planning
