What is the NOA or LOR submission process?

When submitting an NOA or LOR, an email is sent to an email address that has been personalized for your organization. This email address will be provided during the onboarding process.

    

Once the NOA/LOR is received, it is double processed by a dedicated team to ensure accuracy.  The average timeframe for processing is two business days. If there are discrepancies, the document is then reviewed by a Manager for final determination.


If you need to obtain a personalized email address or have any questions regarding the NOA/LOR process, please contact your Relationship Manager or submit a ticket to the Triumph Support Team.
