How do I add a new user to a Shipper account?

NOTE: Only account administrators can create new users and select their roles. 

Log in to your TriumphPay Broker profile with your username and password.

1. Go to My Profile, located under the top right user icon.
2. Select the My Users tab, located at the top of the page.
3. Click on Add User +, located at the upper right side of the screen, and complete the required information.

If you need to modify your account privileges, please contact your account administrator. If you encounter any difficulty adding a new user or updating their roles, please submit a ticket to the Triumph Support Team.
