How do I find the load number or payment, if it is not in the Portal?

Factors are only able to see the Carrier payment information if the Notice of Assignment (NOA) has been successfully processed and the Broker in question has uploaded the required paperwork.


If you need assistance locating the load number, please submit a ticket to the Triumph Support Team, and include the transaction ID, payment date and amount.
